Payments and refunds

Creem handles online credit pack payments and sends your receipt. Prolepsia confirms when the credits reach your organization. For payment problems, email contact@prolepsia.com with your account email and payment reference. Do not send card details.

You have 14 days to cancel a credit pack or the first payment of a plan. For an unused Creem credit pack, choose Cancel purchase in Settings, Billing for a full refund, including tax. For a partly used Creem pack, contact support within 14 days to request the applicable refund for the unused share. Read the cancellation and refund policy for the full terms.

Connector troubleshooting

1. Confirm you can log in to Prolepsia in the same browser.
2. Disconnect Prolepsia in the AI client, then reconnect and approve the requested scopes again.
3. If a forecast is still running, keep its ID. Forecasts normally take 35–60 minutes and continue even when the client's brief wait ends.
4. For manually configured clients, verify the server URL is exactly https://app.prolepsia.com/api/v1/mcp/.

Security issues

Revoke an affected connection or API key immediately, then contact us with the time and nature of the event. Never post credentials in a public issue or support message.
