These are the prices on 2026-10-20. The pricing page at https://app.prolepsia.com/pricing is the one place Prolepsia publishes its prices, and it always shows the current ones.

## Credit packs

A credit pack adds credits once. Credit packs never expire.

## What a forecast costs

Each forecast costs credits, and the price depends on its run mode. The dollar values count each credit as $1.

Automatic reruns cost 5 credits ($5) a month for each question. Each rerun also costs the price of its run mode.

## Questions and answers

### What is a credit?

A credit pays for forecasts. Each run mode costs a set number of credits, as the table above shows. The credits you have left are your credit balance.

### Do new accounts get free credits?

Yes. When you create your account, your personal organization starts with 50 free credits. That is enough for 5 Moderate forecasts at today's prices. Starting credits never expire. If you join an existing organization instead, you use its credit balance.

### Do credits expire?

Credits from a credit pack never expire. Credits from Pro or Team carry over for one month, so they last through the month after the one they were added for.

### Can I cancel a plan?

Yes. Cancel plan stops the next payment, and the plan stays on until the end of the month you paid for. You can resume it before then.

### Can I cancel a purchase?

You have 14 days to cancel a credit pack or the first payment of a plan. The refund covers the credits you have not used. For an unused Creem credit pack, use Cancel purchase in Settings, Billing for a full refund, including tax. For a partly used Creem pack, email contact@prolepsia.com within 14 days to request the applicable refund for the unused share. Your legal rights still apply.

### Who handles online payments?

Creem sells online credit packs as Prolepsia's reseller and merchant of record. Creem takes payment, handles applicable taxes and emails your receipt. Prolepsia sends a separate confirmation when the credits are added. Plans are arranged through Contact us and are not sold through Creem.

### What happens when a forecast fails?

A failed forecast returns its credits.

### Are taxes included?

No. Prices do not include tax. All prices are in US dollars.
