# Share a question

## Steps

1. Open the question and choose Share.
2. In a team organization, turn on sharing with your organization. Colleagues can read the question and its forecasts, but cannot edit it or run forecasts.
3. To share outside your organization, choose Create share link. You can set a date when the link stops working.
4. Choose Copy and send the link.
5. To stop a link working, choose Revoke link.

## Good to know

- Anyone with a share link can read the question and its full forecast history without logging in.

## What the video says

To share a question, choose Share. In a team organization, this panel also shares the question with your colleagues. They can read it and its forecasts, but they cannot edit it or run forecasts. A share link lets anyone read the question and its forecasts, without logging in. You can set a date when the link stops working. Copy the link and send it. Each link counts how often it was opened, and you can revoke it whenever you want. This is what someone sees when they open the link: the latest forecast, the report and its sources. The page is read only, and it keeps showing the newest forecast as the question is updated.
