# Schedule forecasts

> Run a new forecast on a fixed schedule, and choose how you hear about it.

## Steps

1. Open the question and choose More actions, then Forecast schedule.
2. Under Run a forecast every, enter a number and pick hours, days or months.
3. Choose when the schedule starts, and set End time.
4. Pick Daily digest to get one email sorted by the biggest change, or Email immediately to get an email after each forecast.
5. Choose Save schedule.
6. To end it, open the same panel and choose Stop schedule.

## Good to know

- The shortest interval is every 3 hours, and one schedule can run up to 50 forecasts.
- Each scheduled forecast costs credits at the price of the question's run mode.

## What the video says

To forecast a question on a regular schedule, open More actions and choose Forecast schedule. Set how often a new forecast runs, in hours, days or months. Here, once a week. The shortest interval is every three hours. Choose when it starts and when it ends. One schedule can run up to fifty forecasts. Then choose how you hear about the results: one daily digest sorted by the biggest change, or an email right after each forecast. Choose Save schedule. Each scheduled forecast costs credits at the price of the question's run mode. To change or end it later, open the same panel. Stop schedule turns it off.
